Just got back from a nice swim, again in recovery week mode. I'm starting to really like the sets I do with 50 easy/25 fast. I feel like they're really helping me increase my fitness.
250 easy warm up
6X25 pull RI=10 secs
4X150 (50 easy/25 fast) RI=15 secs
250 easy cool down (including 50 kick, 50 breast)
